## How it works

Each column is one listing: one operator's service in one city. The values come from the operator's own pages or a public permit record, as named on the listing.

A blank cell means the operator does not publish the fact, not that it is a no. The source-checked date shows when the row was last read.

## Questions

### Why are most price cells blank?

Most operators do not publish a per-mile rate. The cell stays empty until one is published; the price note says how the service charges.
